Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and package.
After verification, we may offer:
- a replacement, or
- a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
